Design

We immerse ourselves in your brand and know we must understand your unique brand identity and your customers. We have vast product knowledge and our artistic abilities turn a buyer’s vision into a design that becomes your unique product.

Merchandisers

We will be the day-to-day link between you and the various potential vendors and the chosen factory during the sample development and approval stages. We will help you with the sourcing of the product, the negotiation of the price and the main terms of business.

Operations/ERP

We ensure we fully understand your business strategy and goals and will be the main communicator between you and the factories once an order has been placed. We will also carry out data entry such as PO processing, updating product development sheets and making sure our processes are aligned to your needs and systems.

Quality Insurance

We use our expertise to ensure all quality requirements and regulations are met before production begins, and will conduct in process checks as needed. We work closely with all the international testing laboratories and certification bodies. We will also ensure that all finished products are quality checked against your standards before being shipped.

Logistics

We work with a wide range of freight forwarders and shipping agents on behalf of clients. We understand the complexities and pitfalls of this vital final stage. We will work tirelessly to ensure your products are delivered to you at the right time and invoiced to the price agreed.

Our Network

India has developed over the centuries some extraordinary skills in its vastly differing regions. Even now in the 21st century when a factory can make anything anywhere, in theory, the ancient tradition of making with certain materials in specific areas, persists. Our expert team is on the ground in production centres in all major cities in India, from those that specialise in metal forging or woodwork, to those in stone work and sand casting, to those in textile weaving and dyeing. We manage the production of goods in these regional centres and factories, bringing finished products to the distribution centres and ports for shipment to more than 100 customers globally.
