Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing is the process of making the goods that will be sent to the client to sell on to their customers. This might be on a large scale in a factory, or in smaller units. Production can of course be machine driven or crafted by hand, and many products include an element of both. There are numerous steps during this process.

• They are then cut and prepared for specific production techniques to be applied e.g. embroidery, stitching, woodcarving, weaving and many more. Specialist subcontractors will sometimes do this

• Once the factory receives your purchase order from us, they in turn place orders for the fabrics, materials and trims

• Once this is complete, the goods are then sent back to the factory for the final assembly, making or production

• Tags, labels, packaging, gift boxes and shipping packing can be applied before final quality checks

We will be working closely with you and the factory to reach a consensus on what is acceptable in production and what is not. Where required we conduct pre-production meetings with the factory to single out all concerns at the start to ensure full clarity about your requirements.
